If the trucks are on that pin, we can bring OBD and OVI gear to the site instead of forcing a station detour.

That is the model: home base first, fleet-asked locations second. Sacramento and Stockton yards most weeks. Porterville, Mojave, Bakersfield-adjacent corridors, or San Diego County when the ask is real and the trucks are ready.

What we run on-site (any of these pins)

• OBD for newer engines — diagnostic read, typically about 10 to 15 minutes per vehicle
• OVI (J1667 smoke opacity) for older engines — calibrated meter at the exhaust, typically about 15 to 20 minutes per vehicle
• CARB paperwork submitted through CTC-VIS so compliance status updates without a separate office trip

Results come back on the spot in Porterville, on a Mojave job site, or in a Sacramento yard — same process, different map pin.
